California, as well as ALL other West and East coast states that have port and harbor facilities, have actually implimented the federal REAL ID SCAM, under the guise of 9/11 and the unconstitutional Patriot Act. This new federal "Franchised, Permission to Work, REAL ID" called TWIC (Transporatation Workers ID Card) has been fully installed and the (military) U.S. Coast Guard actually refuses entrance to "Private Property" unless workers have in possession this new federal REAL ID. The "Show Me Your Papers" REALITY is HERE in the United States of America. Companies in the transportation field will NOT even "hire" or even give an applicant an "application" for employment unless one has in possession this new REAL ID. So in reality, the Socialists REAL ID concept is being USED by unconstitutionally denying Citizens their right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness. The government has made it clear that people [MUST BE] a certain citizenship *STATUS* in order to even be allowed to have this new REAL ID, and yet it ONLLY applies to the citizenship status the government mandates.
