I'd like to hear comments from anybody else whose been abused or lost their drivers license because of the national DMV database that disguises its purpose as uncovering illegal aliens but is used to prosecute divorced fathers for child support dilinquencies, even when they are actually found to be paying that CS. It creates a nightmare for the father trying to restore his DL within his state as I am in California, which according to your list rejected Real ID yet is still enforcing this unconstitutional database. A good case for state sovereignty if I ever saw one. States used to protect their citizens from federal abuse. I think it's high time to get back to that so we have a means to challenge such abuses and restore our individual rights. Losing driving privileges is small compared to the fact that DL are used for identification purposes to open bank accounts, airport travel security, car rentals and a lot more in everyday life.
