Interpretations are killing Constitutional America, everyone has their own interpretation.
The Supreme Court decisions (interpretations) effect Congress’ legislation and nothing else. Particularly does not effect the Constitution; reference Article V of the Constitution.
The People’s interpretation, decisions, effect who makes legislation; reference Article I, Section 2, of the Constitution.
